Experience an unforgettable knight's feast with your group at the historic Ortenburg Castle, majestically situated above the Wolfachtal and only 15 km from Bad Griesbach. In the impressive, 900-year-old vaulted cellars of the castle's wine cellar, you will enjoy a rustic feast in authentic medieval atmosphere. This special experience is ideal for Christmas parties, company celebrations, or corporate outings and is offered exclusively in conjunction with at least one overnight stay at Hotel St. Wolfgang. Please note that this offer is available for groups of 10 or more people. We organize your round-trip transfer in a comfortable coach between Hotel St. Wolfgang and Ortenburg Castle. From May to October, the historic Ortenburg Castle opens its doors to you daily! Between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, we warmly invite you to an exclusive guided tour through our fascinating museum.
Experience approximately a one-hour tour through 14 magnificent rooms filled with true treasures: marvel at Germany's probably most beautiful Renaissance wooden ceiling, explore a mysterious historical torture chamber, admire traditional rural furniture and old craftsmanship. Highlights also include the impressive 55-meter-deep fountain and the lovingly restored courtyard.
